Sydney Strength Training training is offered by way of private one-on-one coaching in person.
Memberships are strictly limited and require an initial 6 month commitment.
Members have the option to choose between 1, 2, 3 or 4 private one-on-one training sessions per week for the duration of their program.
Training sessions emphasise progressive strength training at a level appropriate to each member’s skill and ability.
In addition to private one-on-one sessions, members are also entitled to access the Sydney Strength Training gym for ‘solo’ sessions. These sessions are programmed and semi-supervised by Sydney Strength Training staff.
Prices vary depending on the frequency of training sessions.
Frequency of training can be changed month-to-month.
Fees can either be paid monthly or up-front in full; up-front payments attract a discount.
