Siobhan Pirina


Siobhan holds Certificates III and IV in Fitness. Her real passion is working with beginners. She gets the most satisfaction from those first few weeks with a new lifter, taking someone who feels out of place in a gym and turning them into a confident, capable trainee who actually looks forward to their sessions.

Her coaching is patient, approachable, and focused on building solid foundations. Siobhan believes anyone can learn to lift well with the right guidance, and she takes pride in making the process feel achievable rather than intimidating.

Outside of coaching, Siobhan trains and competes in Olympic weightlifting, drawn to the technical challenge of the snatch and clean & jerk.

 

At Sydney Strength Training we train for strength and health, to improve our quality of life.
