What We Do
One on one coaching
Our coaches utilise evidenced based, strength and conditioning practises, to create custom training programs designed to address, and prevent, common health problems.
Sydney Strength Training offers small private group coaching which is an affordable, and sociable, way of reaping the benefits of strength training.
For clients who are signed up for Group Coaching or One-on-One Coaching we also offer Solo Sessions, which are semi-supervised sessions that you do in your own time at Sydney Strength Training.
Not everyone can access Sydney Strength Training in-person coaching due to geographic, time or financial limitations. In these cases online coaching is a fantastic alternative that will still allow you to reap the benefits of becoming stronger.
