What We Do
For clients who are signed up for Group Coaching or One-on-One Coaching we also offer Solo Sessions, which are semi-supervised sessions that you do in your own time at Sydney Strength Training.
Solo Sessions are also fully customised and we have iPads for you to access the program we design for you.
We use an online booking system for Solo Sessions which ensure you never need to share equipment.
The beauty of Solo Sessions is that as you become more self-sufficient you can mix and match these sessions in with your group, and one-on-one, sessions.
Did we mention these are FREE for all SST clients!!!!
