What We Do
Sydney Strength Training offers small private group coaching which is an affordable, and sociable, way of reaping the benefits of strength training.
Our Group Coaching isn’t just a predetermined session that you attend ad hoc – our goal is to provide the full coaching experience at a reduced cost. To do this groups are capped at 6 trainees per coach; and each client receives a fully personalised program, dedicated equipment, and a coach watching all their lifts.
To begin, all clients start with a FREE on-on-one ‘Technique Session’ where we cover the exercises, and figure out where to start. This will give you the confidence and skill to get started in our groups.
We have a variety of age, and skill levels, in our group sessions. Everyone always feels welcome, motivated, and never out of their depth.
