How much does Sydney Strength Training cost?

Our prices vary depending on which combination of training options you choose. The best option is to arrange a consultation so that we can find out about your history, goals, and budget, and then craft the most appropriate combination of One-on-One, Group and Solo Sessions.

Do I need to be fit/strong/athletic to train at Sydney Strength Training?

Absolutely not! We specialise in introducing people of all ages and abilities to strength training, for the purpose of improving their health and living standard.

I am struggling with some injuries/health issues, will I still be able to participate in the Sydney Strength Training Program?

At Sydney Strength Training we believe that no matter how severe your condition there is always some way of making an improvement. We work closely with specialist healthcare providers to make sure that the programs we prescribe are suitable for your specific condition. We have extensive experience with: sarcopenia, osteoporosis, chronic pain, heart and vascular disease, incontinence, parkinson’s disease, arthritis, and joint replacements, for example.

Is there parking available?

We are very fortunate to have ample parking right outside the gym!

Is there a minimum commitment?

All memberships are paid monthly in advance with no minimum commitment, meaning you can cancel at any time. You are also welcome to change your membership month-to-month. To register your interest email train@sydneystrengthtraining.com.au.

Where is Sydney Strength Training?

The Sydney Strength Training Training Centre is located at Unit B2, 1 Cahill Lane Annandale, NSW, Australia. Click here to view our address on Google Maps.

When can I train?

We collaborate with our members to schedule flexible training times each week. One-on-One and Group Coaching sessions run for 60 minutes and are available at various times during the following opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday 5:30am to 7:30pm;
  • Saturday 6:30am to 10:30am; and
  • Sunday 8am to 10:30am

I want to start training but am a bit nervous and self-conscious, how private is Sydney Strength Training?

At Sydney Strength Training we have a large studio space with ample equipment that is spaciously arranged so that you never need to share equipment, or be too close to another member. Our programs are designed and implemented so that regardless of your level of skill or self-consciousness we guarantee you will feel safe, secure, comfortable and welcome.

What if I travel often?

We believe that training should enrich your lift, not become your life. As such we go to great lengths to make sure we craft programs that are tailored to your lifestyle.

Can Sydney Strength Training create a custom training program to suit my unique goals?

All our programs are designed to specifically for your individual situation whether that being recovering from surgery; regaining lost capacity; or preparing for a sporting event.

Can I do a drop-in for a casual session, or to check out the gym?

Sorry, but Sydney Strength Training is a private facility; training and consultations are by appointment only.
