At Sydney Strength Training we specialise in introducing older people to strength training.

Strength training is vital as we age due to the loss of muscle and function that comes with ageing.

You don’t need to take our word for it however – the Australian Government recommends older people do 2 or 3 strength training sessions per week.

Additionally the government guidelines recommend some aerobic, flexibility, and balance activities as well. Fortunately our programs incorporate all of these factors so for 2-3 hours of activity you can check all those boxes!
